Working days: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
We are looking for Reception & Administration for a fixed-term contract (CDM) as part of a replacement.
This position plays an essential role in the administrative functioning of the crèche and the reception of families.
Your mission
Reception and information for families
Management of calls, emails and agendas
Administrative support to the Management team: mail, documents, organization of meetings
Management of registrations, modifications, cancellations and contracts
Updating of files, procedures and databases
Publications on the website
Writing and translation of FR/EN communications
Management of data related to billing
Daily collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Your profile
CFC Employee de commerce or an equivalent title
5 years of professional experience in the field of administration or reception/accueil
French/English level C1, oral and written
Mastery of standard IT tools (Microsoft365), knowledge of SAI software, an asset
Excellent writing skills
Versatility, sense of priorities and interpersonal skills
Hours and working environment
Hours planned according to the opening hours of the structure, between 6h30 and 19h00

Contract concluded as part of a replacement. Depending on the evolution of the institution's needs and upcoming organizational decisions, an extension or continuation of the collaboration could be considered, without guarantee at this stage.
