Salesperson M/F/D - 16 Hrs./W

We are looking for a Salesperson W/M/D for a fixed-term employment, part-time (16 hours/week) in our Salomon store in Landquart.

Your role

To perform this position successfully, you must:

• Utilize your exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge of Salomon to connect customers with the right product and increase sales
• Accompany and advise customers to provide them with a high-quality customer experience and suggest complementary products (up-selling)
• Be competent in sales techniques and the digital tools available in the store to ensure exceptional customer service
• Help in securing company assets and adhering to procedures by promoting loss prevention and ensuring that the warehouse is clean and well-organized
• Be confident in handling cash
• Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising, and community marketing principles
• Be a brand ambassador and promote the brand's service culture

This position requires 100% presence on the sales floor.
