• Independently plan and lead ERP projects
• Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions
• Coordinate deadlines, resources, and project participants
• Advise customers technically and organizationally
• Accompany go-lives, training sessions, and migrations

• Experience with ERP systems and business processes
• Project management knowledge in IT or software projects
• Strong communication and moderation skills
• Technical understanding and a structured way of working
