Plasterer / Drywall Builder (m/w/d) – Top Pay & Uncomplicated Entry

Your tasks (depending on your strengths): Plastering work: • Applying base and finish coats in the interior and exterior area (scratches, fine plasters). Drywall construction: • Assembling metal/wood frameworks, installing partition walls and ceilings including spackling and sanding. Insulation & facade: • Assisting with the installation of thermal insulation (WDVS) and embedding reinforcement fabric. Renovations & preparation: • Carrying out patching work during renovations as well as covering and setting up the construction site. What you bring (experience counts more than diplomas!): Don't worry if you don't perfectly fulfill all points – a solid basis and motivation are completely sufficient for us! Background: You have completed an apprenticeship as a plasterer/drywall builder (Swiss EFZ / EBA or a degree from abroad) OR you have simply gained at least 3 years of practical professional experience in the plastering sector. Language skills: Your German doesn't have to be perfect! What's important is that you understand German well enough to agree with your colleagues on the construction site. If you speak Italian, that's a big advantage! Way of working: You have a passion for craftsmanship, enjoy working in a team, and are reliable. Mobility: A category B driver's license is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement if you can reach the construction sites in another way.
