Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our care philosophy and the care process • Taking on tasks as a reference person for care • Participation in the care process and in the assessment of care needs with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests • Electronic care documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompaniment of doctor's visits • Taking on daily responsibility Your profile • Completed training as a specialist in health EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge is desirable or willingness to attend these courses (paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in diverse challenges • Good knowledge of German in word and writing Why Tertianum?
