Your role Preparation of hot and cold meals for our residents and guests Support in food production Ensuring a smooth workflow in the kitchen Coordination of kitchen operations in the absence of the head chef or deputy Assistance with events and banquets Compliance with and implementation of hygiene regulations (HACCP) Ensuring quality and presentation standards of our food Assistance with preparation, cooking, and serving of meals Deployment on all kitchen positions as well as support in service as needed General cleaning and tidying up Your profile Completed training as a cook EFZ Professional experience, ideally in community catering Independent, reliable, and careful working method Stress tolerance and flexibility in varying workloads Enjoyment of cooking and preparing fresh and balanced meals Confident handling of hygiene regulations (HACCP) and adherence to quality standards Respectful interaction with older people and preservation of their dignity Teamwork, communication skills, and openness to new challenges Good German language skills in writing and speaking We offer Family atmosphere and appreciative employee culture Continuous training opportunities 5–7 weeks of vacation Free parking Subsidized meals and many other benefits Ready for this challenge?
