Al Toque stands for uncomplicated, fast and high-quality enjoyment in the middle of Bahnhof Bern. For our location, we are looking for a committed Site Manager (60–70 %) who enjoys taking responsibility, leading their team and also rolling up their sleeves in daily business.

Your tasks
Overall responsibility for the site and the operative daily business
Leadership, support and development of the team
Deployment and duty planning
Break relief and active support in daily business
At least one shift per week in the store
Inventory management, ordering and stock control
Ensuring quality, hygiene and our service standards
Cash management and daily closures
Onboarding and training of new employees
Customer care and complaint management
Control of turnover, costs and goods consumption
Optimization of workflows and processes
Implementation of promotions and operational specifications
Collaboration with management and internal partners
What you bring with you
At least 5 years of experience in gastronomy, ideally with leadership experience
Very good German and English skills
Organizational talent and a hands-on mentality
Enjoyment of employee leadership and customer contact
Resilient, flexible and independent
Willingness for early, late and weekend shifts
