Job Description ##

As Senior Site Manager, you will take operational responsibility for two construction sites located in Genève and ensure their proper execution until delivery.

Your main responsibilities will be to :

• Simultaneously manage two sites and ensure their progress in compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
• Coordinate companies, subcontractors, suppliers, and various technical stakeholders.
• Organize and lead site meetings.
• Supervise daily work progress on site.
• Anticipate technical issues and quickly propose operational solutions.
• Guarantee compliance with plans, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Monitor budgets, commitments, work progress reports, and any additional work.
• Control execution quality and ensure the follow-up of snags until they are cleared.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and group procedures.
• Ensure regular communication with the project management, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Identify risks that could affect deadlines or costs and implement the necessary corrective actions.
• Participate in the reception, delivery, and closing phases of operations.
• Represent Groupe Legendre to the various partners present on the projects.

The position offers a high level of autonomy and requires a strong field presence as well as the ability to make decisions quickly.

The Successful Applicant ##

We are looking for a construction professional with proven experience in site management, ideally acquired on large-scale construction or renovation projects.

The ideal candidate notably possesses :

• Technical training in building, civil engineering, or construction.
• Several years of experience in site management or construction site management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing several lots and companies simultaneously.
• A good understanding of technical issues related to buildings.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• A strong field and results orientation.
• The ability to manage unforeseen circumstances and make decisions quickly.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills with external partners.
• Clear and professional communication with the various interlocutors of a project.
• Good resistance to stress and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
