Our client is a successful and modernly equipped construction company in structural and civil engineering. For the Aarau metropolitan area, we are looking for a Polier Hochbau immediately or by arrangement.

Job Description ##

As a dipl. Polier/in, you will manage construction sites in structural and civil engineering and ensure a smooth process. You will lead the construction site personnel professionally and are responsible for enforcing occupational safety. Together with the construction management, you are responsible for the compliance and monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality.

We expect ##

• Basic training in structural engineering/civil engineering with further training to dipl. Polier
• Several years of professional experience
• Practice-oriented and independent
• Goal-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
• Quality awareness
• Pleasant appearance when dealing with clients and construction management
• Leadership experience an advantage
• Oral and written German skills
