Export Clerk 80-100% / 12 months fixed-term

Your main tasks and responsibilities ###

• Processing of extensive customer orders from A-Z with worldwide points of departure (China, India, Czech Republic, Germany and Spain) on all modes of transport
• Commissioning and creation of shipments in cooperation with freight forwarders and production plants
• Creation and procurement of letter of credit-compliant documents
• Checking of service invoices
• General administrative activities

Your qualifications ###

• Commercial or technical apprenticeship (ideally in an industrial or freight forwarding environment), alternatively maturity
• Further training in the field of foreign trade, export/import and/or freight forwarding
• Several years of professional experience in the transport sector and cross-trade
• Fluent German skills and English skills in speaking and writing, any further foreign language advantageous
• Team-oriented personality and problem-solving ability
• Good knowledge of letter of credit processing
• Proficient handling of MS-Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• Structured and proactive way of working
