Your task ##

• Collaboration in the operation and further development of virtualized server and system landscapes
• Support in the administration of VMware or comparable virtualization solutions
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems
• Support in the management of server, storage and backup infrastructures
• Analysis and rectification of faults in 2nd-level support
• Cooperation with experienced system engineers and specialists from various IT areas

Your profile ##

• Completed training as Informatiker EFZ, ICT-Fachmann/-frau EFZ or a comparable training
• Initial professional experience in the field of system engineering or IT infrastructure is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in virtualization, ideally VMware
• Good knowledge of Windows Server; Linux knowledge is a plus
• Interest in server, storage, network and cloud technologies
• Analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking
• Enjoyment in working with new technologies
• Independent, reliable and team-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills and good English skills
