For our Delémont production site, we are looking for: Monobroche Machining Manager Mission Pilot, coordinate, manage and administer all activities of the Monobroche Machining department (cams & CN). Ensure industrial performance, quality and deadlines. Manage and develop teams in a logic of operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise a fleet of 85 machines (60 CNC & 25 cam-type) Ensure the smooth operation of production (quality, costs, deadlines) Lead a team of around 50 employees and 5 team leaders Pilot performance indicators (productivity, TRS, scrap...) Optimize processes and continuously improve manufacturing methods Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Collaborate closely with support services (maintenance, quality, methods, supply chain) Lead investment and technical improvement projects Profile Basic technical training (microtechnology, mechanics, industrial production) with complementary training in industrial management (industrial foreman, federal certificate or equivalent) Confirmed experience in CNC machining and/or cam-type machines Successful experience in managing production teams Natural leadership, ability to unite and develop teams Strong results-oriented and continuous improvement focus Ease in demanding industrial environments and multi-technologies What we offer Varied and stimulating technological environment Key role with a direct impact on site performance Engaged teams and continuous improvement culture Attractive conditions Workplace: Delémont jpid8eb56a6jm jit0727jm jiy26jm
