Your main tasks

You are responsible for the professional and personnel leadership of the care and nursing team, as well as for ensuring professional and needs-oriented care and support. You coordinate the daily workflows, are responsible for personnel deployment planning, and ensure compliance with quality standards. In addition, you promote employees and work closely with relatives, doctors, and external specialist agencies.

Your profile

You have completed training in the nursing or care sector, ideally supplemented by further training in leadership or nursing management. You convince through social competence, communication strength, and organizational skill. A structured, solution-oriented way of working and knowledge of the RAI billing system round off your profile.
