(Exclusive) Head of Purchasing Parquet and Accessories / Permanent Introduction On direct behalf of our client, a successful and established company in the wood and parquet industry based in the Zurich East area (central location, parking spaces in front of the building), we are looking for an experienced Type of work In this responsible role, you will assume overall responsibility for the purchasing and disposition of parquet, accessories, and raw materials. You will maintain existing national and international supplier relationships, further develop the procurement market, and negotiate prices and conditions with the goal of sustainably ensuring the company's competitiveness. Your main tasks include the creation and monitoring of supply and framework agreements, the performance of supplier audits, and the ensuring of FSC-/PEFC-specifications. You are responsible for the entire operational purchasing process from the request for quotation through to the order and invoice verification, monitor inventory levels, and organize inventories. In addition, you process complaints, maintain the master data, and support the management in all procurement matters. Thanks to your experience, you make an important contribution to the optimization of processes and the further development of the supplier network.
