Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Processing of incoming invoices as well as ensuring timely and correct posting
• Management of accounts payable and maintenance of contact with suppliers
• Processing of payment runs
• Supporting the team with tasks in financial accounting as well as during the monthly closing
• Contributing own ideas and contributing to smooth, careful, and efficient financial processes

Your Profile ###

• Commercial training, ideally with further training as an accounting clerk
• At least one year of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an industrial company
• Practical experience in accounts payable, ideally also in the area of accounts payable workflow
• Good user knowledge in an integrated ERP system
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working
• Enjoyment of numbers, quick comprehension, and a reliable way of working
• Team spirit, good communication skills as well as a positive and solution-oriented attitude
