Baumer 100% Quality Management / Quality Excellence immediately What drives me ## • You are responsible for the global product quality of the Baumer Group and develop the quality culture sustainably further - with a clear focus on Business Impact, customer satisfaction and Operational Excellence. • You optimize product quality by increasing the necessary process quality based on our Baumer Business System over the entire lifecycle - from the development phase to series production and on to service and end-of-life. • You are the point of contact and coordinator for quality problems on the customer or supplier side with the highest importance and develop our Q-KPIs further. • You ensure all relevant normative and regulatory requirements regarding material and product compliance. • You lead and develop the global quality organization with local teams and uniform standards and methods. • You act as the central coordinator for internal and external quality, certification and customer audits. What it takes ## • Successfully completed technical degree (Diploma/Master) and several years of management experience in the quality environment of an internationally producing company • In-depth expertise in product and process quality along the entire lifecycle (R&D, industrialization, series production, service) • Pronounced hands-on mentality and high implementation strength in developing pragmatic solutions • Communication-strong personality with pronounced interface competence and the ability to convey complex facts in a target group-oriented manner • Sound knowledge of relevant quality methods as well as common standards and norms • Negotiation-secure German and English language skills and willingness to take on global responsibility as a sovereign negotiating partner Questions about the application? ### Christoph Suter Head of HR Switzerland +41 52 728 12 88 Profile of Christoph Suter
