Automotive Mechatronics Engineer with Assembly Expertise and Technical Testing Knowledge

Activity

• Assembly of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components according to drawing and schema, including screw connections and bonding work
• Completion of test protocols, execution of tightness tests, as well as planning and provision of test and auxiliary equipment
• Entry of changes, execution of warranty and rework, refresh work and setup of prototypes
• Execution of crane work, operation of hoist and crane systems, as well as operation of operational vehicles, forklifts and special equipment
• Commissioning of assemblies and development of continuous improvement suggestions
• Requirements
• Completed vocational training EFZ in the mechanical field - Preferably agricultural machinery mechanic, automotive mechanic, polymechanic as well as heating installer or sanitary installer
• Professional experience in the assembly area and good mechanical understanding
• Pneumatic knowledge is an advantage
• Good German language skills
• Crane and forklift course is an advantage
• Safe handling and understanding of assembly drawings
