In this role, you combine your creative skills with a social mission: You accompany young people with mental or physical difficulties on their way through vocational training. Your tasks: Professional support of apprentices in the extended labor market during their training as Interactive Media Designerin EFZ; Transfer of specialist knowledge in the fields of screen design, UI/UX, motion design, animation and 3D; Involvement of apprentices in internal and external client projects; Responsibility as a vocational trainer for our IMD apprentices; Cooperation with the agogic specialist; Participation in trial weeks and aptitude assessments. What you bring: Joy in the training of young people with support needs; Training as an Interactive Media Designerin, Mediamatikerin or a comparable qualification; Very good knowledge of Figma and Adobe After Effects; Good knowledge of the common Adobe Creative Cloud tools; Experience in the implementation of creative client projects; Technical understanding and interest in new tools and developments; Empathy, patience and a sense of responsibility; Independent and structured way of working; Experience as a vocational trainer is an advantage.
