QSE Manager

We are looking for talents who share our vision: to build sustainably, to innovate, and to propose relevant solutions to every challenge. => The position: You will join PraderLosinger as QSE Manager, reporting directly to the General Management. As the guarantor of the company's Quality, Safety, and Environment approach, you will play a central role in the steering, structuring, and continuous improvement of our practices. Both close to the field and in close contact with management, you will support operational teams in the concrete application of QSE requirements across all our activities. This is a transverse, high-impact role, serving operational performance, risk prevention, and the quality standards upheld by PraderLosinger. => Your responsibilities: • Define, deploy, and promote the company's Quality, Safety, and Environment policy in connection with the General Management, • Steer and evolve the QSE system to guarantee its consistency, effectiveness, and adoption by the teams, • Support site managers and construction teams in the implementation of QSE requirements, with a strong presence in the field, • Contribute to the preparation of tenders by taking charge of the Quality, Safety, and Environment aspects relating to your expertise, • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements applicable to the company and its construction sites, • Organize and monitor audits, inspections, controls, and evaluation processes necessary for the proper steering of QSE performance, • Analyze accidents, incidents, deviations, and non-conformities, identify causes, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions, • Structure, harmonize, and evolve QSE procedures, documents, and monitoring tools, • Deploy awareness, training, and support actions to strengthen the culture of prevention and continuous improvement, • Ensure regular reporting to the General Management on indicators, risks, action plans, and areas for progress, • A good knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss context and its particularities would represent an important asset to succeed in this role. => Your profile: • Experience: Minimum 15 years in a similar function, ideally acquired within construction, public works, civil engineering, or underground works companies, • Expertise: Very good understanding of quality, safety, and environment issues in technical and demanding construction site environments, • Field: Recognized ability to support operational teams and to enforce a demanding framework with pragmatism, • Leadership: Natural credibility, power of conviction, and ability to unite people around common objectives, • Rigor: Solid capacity for analysis, structuring, and monitoring of actions, • Communication: Very good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with all departments of the company, • Languages: Fluent French is indispensable; German or Swiss-German constitutes a real asset. => The offer: • Contract: CDI • Location: Sion • Start date: As soon as possible • Positioning: QSE Manager, reporting to the General Management => Application: • By sending a complete application file to one of these addresses: s.heliard@praderlosinger.ch ou s.vouillamoz@praderlosinger.ch
