For our partner, a day clinic specializing in the care of patients presenting a psychic crisis not requiring hospital treatment, we are looking for a nurse for a permanent position.
The mission of the day clinic is to offer intensive care over a period of 5 to 6 weeks, full-time, from Monday to Friday. The objective is to promote the psychic stabilization of patients and to accompany them towards long-term follow-up adapted to their needs.
Patients benefit from the support of a multidisciplinary team composed notably of doctors, psychologists, nurses, social workers, art therapists and nursing assistants.
100% position from Monday to Friday from 08H to 17h30
Job Description
Welcome and take charge of psychiatric emergencies.
Provide short-term subacute care.
Participate in outpatient psychiatric, psychotherapeutic and psychological consultations.
Perform care services: interviews, blood tests, ECG and medication support.
Participate in interventions in the living environment of patients when necessary.
Contribute to the animation and follow-up of psychotherapeutic groups.
Collaborate on complementary care such as art therapy and occupational therapy.
Participate in the social assessment and follow-up in collaboration with the professionals concerned.
Ensure follow-up interviews within the framework of care obligations issued by the authorities.
Work in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team in order to ensure coherent and quality care.
Profile sought
You hold a recognized nursing diploma.
You benefit from professional experience in the field of psychiatry or mental health.
Experience in the care of patients in crisis situations or psychiatric emergencies is an asset.
You are comfortable with working in a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate autonomy, listening skills and empathy.
You have good adaptation skills and know how to manage complex situations with calmness and professionalism.
