To strengthen the Finance team, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded personality who takes responsibility, develops processes further, and actively helps shape the financial future of the company.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality as:
Head of Finance and Accounting (a).

Goal of the role:

In this key position, you will take responsibility for finance and accounting and support the Executive Management with strategic and financial decisions. At the same time, you will actively drive the further development of financial processes, digitalization projects, and organizational structures.

Your tasks:

Leadership and further development of financial accounting

Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER

Coordination of the group-wide consolidation process

Responsibility for tax and VAT matters

Liquidity planning, Cash Management as well as budgeting and forecasts

Contact person for audit bodies, banks, and external consultants

Collaboration on projects, company formations, and organizational developments

Your profile:

Higher education in finance and accounting (eidg. Fachausweis, Experte Rechnungslegung & Controlling, FH or comparable)

Several years of experience in the finance and accounting of an SME

Knowledge of consolidation processes

Good knowledge of Swiss tax and VAT law

Initial leadership experience or potential to lead a Finance team

Interest in digitalization and process optimization

Very good German and English skills
