You develop concepts, coordinate projects, support our specialist departments and, together with the team, ensure that processes, exercises and documentation are ready for use at all times. If an event occurs, you actively work in the crisis management team and support the operational organization in managing the situation. Your tasks Creation, further development and maintenance of concepts, presentations, guidelines and checklists Administrative and organizational support for the Lead Health, Safety & Crisis in daily business Creation, maintenance and further development of concepts, instructions, guidelines, presentations, checklists and other specialist documents Document management, minute-taking, reporting as well as other back-office tasks Planning, organization and coordination of meetings, workshops, training sessions and exercises Coordination and follow-up of measures from audits, events, exercises and projects Participation in safety, emergency and crisis management projects Participation in the crisis management team as well as taking on defined staff functions in emergencies and crises Deputizing for the Lead Health, Safety & Crisis in the area of emergency and crisis management during absences Your profile Experience in an assistant, coordination or staff function Strong organizational skills as well as enjoyment of administrative activities Very good written expression and proficient German High discretion as well as a secure sense when dealing with confidential information Independent, structured and reliable way of working Self-initiative, sense of responsibility and teamwork skills Driver's license Cat.
