In this role you independently lead a shift with up to 6 people and ensure a smooth production process. you provide injection molds as well as raw materials and professionally set up our injection molding machines. you monitor the ongoing production and ensure that quality, deadlines, and productivity are met at all times. you take responsibility for an efficient and safe operation during your shift. Your profile – more than just expertise you bring experience as a setter in the plastics industry. you have basic training as a polymechanic, plastics technologist, or a comparable technical training. you work independently, reliably, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. you think in a solution-oriented manner and enjoy taking responsibility. you convince through quality awareness, team spirit, and a careful way of working. you are ready to work in shift operation.
