Your tasks:

• Planning and rescheduling the caregivers' assignments for existing and new customers in close coordination with the customer advisors
• Planning, coordination and organization of short-term changes
• Solution-oriented processing of challenges and finding suitable solutions even in demanding situations
• Close cooperation with customers, caregivers and internal departments to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Regular exchange with caregivers to optimize assignment possibilities

Your profile:

• Commercial and/or equivalent basic training
• Customer-oriented and communicative personality
• Resilient, stress-resistant and flexible
• Solution-oriented "can't, won't" mentality
• Appreciative interaction with customers and caregivers
• Very good PC user knowledge of common IT systems (Windows, MS Office)
• Proficient German and good French skills
