Architect FH / ETH (60-100%)

Your tasks

• Independent management and processing of small to medium-sized projects across all planning phases
• Development and implementation of architectural concepts with high design and constructive standards
• Creation of working and detail plans in ArchiCAD
• Coordination of specialist planners, authorities, and clients
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs
• Construction management of small to medium-sized projects
• Participation in the further development of sustainable and future-oriented construction projects

What you bring with you

• Completed architecture studies (FH or ETH)
• German language skills at least level C1 in speaking and writing
• High standards for architecture, design, and execution quality
• Ideally several years of experience in project management
• Several years of professional experience in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards, building laws, and planning processes
• Sound knowledge in tender and execution planning as well as in construction management
• Interest in sustainable building
• Very good ArchiCAD knowledge (2D/3D)
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working as well as enjoyment of working in a team
