Your Tasks In this role, you are responsible for the precise machining of demanding workpieces on CNC milling centers with Heidenhain control (3-/4- and/or 5-axis). You set up the CNC milling center according to the TopSolid clamping plan, are responsible for the tool assembly based on the TopSolid tool list, and operate a CNC-controlled cup-type tool setting device. You process our customer orders in compliance with manufacturing and testing guidelines as well as other quality requirements, perform order-related ERP bookings in the system, and manufacture drawing parts in accordance with requirements. You optimize and run CAM-generated programs, perform weekly machine maintenance according to operator instructions, and ensure order and cleanliness at the workplace. Your Profile You bring basic training as a Polymechanic and/or Production Mechanic specializing in CNC milling, have sound CNC knowledge, and the willingness to work in a 2-shift operation. You have an exact and precise way of working, possess good communicative skills in German (oral + written), and are characterized by a high degree of independence and teamwork.
