Lucerne Festival is characterized by innovative programming, the presentation of world-famous orchestras, conductors and soloists, the integration of contemporary music, and the promotion of young artists.

Tasks

• Storytelling: multimedia, emotional and channel-specific
• Conception and implementation of audiovisual content
• Production of target audience and channel-specific content
• Strategic partnerships and cooperations in the digital area (cooperations with partners, sponsors, media, artists/agencies)
• Clarification of copyrights with agencies, labels and publishers
• Analysis and evaluation of implemented measures or campaigns including identifying optimization potential

Profile

• Training in the field of Content Production, Multimedia Production, Journalism or Communication with a focus on digital media or comparable training
• Profound user knowledge of common social media channels, ads, reporting tools
• Experience in the implementation of videos and podcasts
• Great interest and curiosity regarding current digital trends
• Development of new formats and proficient handling of AI
• High level of commitment and flexibility (seasonal fluctuations), teamwork and resilience
• Enthusiasm for classical and contemporary music as well as festival activities
