Tasks ##

• You inspect, maintain, and control buildings, facilities, and grounds based on the object-specific work catalog and perform versatile maintenance and revision work on facilities and equipment.
• You maintain the surroundings according to ecological and economic aspects.
• You support and follow the measures ordered by the safety officer and also assist in the supervision of apprentices.
• You provide support during operational events and ensure the technical facilities for events.
• You maintain good contact with residents and respond to their wishes and needs within the operational framework.

Profile ##

• A responsible, reliable, and exact way of working
• Teamwork skills, openness, and good physical resilience
• Completed training as a Fachperson Betriebsunterhalt EFZ as well as several years of professional experience
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations (SEV, EKAS etc.)
• Joy in working, a heart for our residents, as well as very good PC and German skills
