For one of my clients; we are looking for a Tax Lawyer to strengthen their tax practice and to support a Swiss and international clientele on complex issues in advisory and structuring.

Missions

Your responsibilities:

• Advising private and commercial clients on Swiss and international tax issues.
• Supporting clients in their restructuring, business succession, and wealth planning operations.
• Drafting legal opinions, tax consultations, and ruling requests to the competent authorities.
• Ensuring the follow-up of tax procedures and representing clients in their exchanges with administrations.
• Collaborating closely with other departments of the firm, notably Corporate/M&A, Real Estate, and Private Clients.

Candidate Profile

Your profile:

• Holder of the Tax Expert diploma
• Several years of successful experience within a recognized law firm with a significant tax practice.
• Solid expertise in the taxation of natural and legal persons, as well as in Swiss and international taxation.
• Excellent analytical skills, autonomy in case management, and a keen sense of customer service.
• Proficiency in French and English; very good knowledge of German constitutes a real asset.
