For an established, family-run architecture firm in the St. Galler Rheintal region, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Project Manager Execution (80-100 %) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
-- Management and coordination of construction projects in all phases according to SIA 102
-- Control and involvement of specialist planners and contractors; ensuring an efficient flow of information and a clear distribution of tasks within the project team
-- Responsibility for quality, deadlines and budget; monitoring of construction execution including site reports
-- Management of construction accounting: contracts, invoices, payments and payment instructions, payment plans, final accounts and budget control; updating key figures, data and contacts
-- Organization, management and minuting of construction meetings
-- Support and advice to the client during execution, including project presentations and workshops
-- Processing of extras and project changes and their integration into the project workflow
-- Technical guidance and support of junior architects and site managers at the project level
-- Evaluation of cost key figures of completed projects and participation in the further development of internal processes and templates

Your profile
-- Degree in architecture (ETH/FH) or as a technician HF or equivalent training
-- At least 5 years of experience in the management and implementation of construction projects in Switzerland
-- Sound knowledge of construction law, standards and building regulations as well as in the SIA phases
-- Experience with complex construction projects and confident handling of deadline and cost control
-- Negotiation skills and communication strength towards clients, authorities and project participants
-- Knowledge of Messerli (construction administration), MS Project and MS Office
-- Independent, structured, precise and responsible way of working as well as architectural understanding
-- Team player, customer-oriented, curious and willing to learn
-- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
