Your tasks:

• Initial contact & reception: You are the first point of contact at the reception and warmly welcome customers.
• Basic advisory: You support new and existing customers in a solution-oriented manner with all concerns regarding products and basic services.
• Digital Support: You guide customers step by step in the use of modern digital banking channels and e-banking solutions.
• Cash Management: You are responsible for cash processing (deposits and withdrawals, foreign currencies) as well as the management of cash holdings and ATMs.
• Lead transfer: You recognize further advisory potential during conversations and specifically refer customers to the appropriate specialist advisors.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Foundation: Completed commercial basic training in the banking sector (EFZ) or a completed industry internship; this position is excellently suited for recent graduates.
• Customer focus: Genuine joy in daily interaction with people and a strong service orientation.
• Willingness to learn: Motivation to continuously deepen your product and service know-how in the basic area.
• Personality: Winning manners, reliability, and enjoyment of a lively branch daily routine in the Aargau region.
