Store construction belongs to the "Expansion & Realisation" area and is subordinate to the Marketing department. The team is responsible for ensuring product stocking during renovations and new constructions of LANDI stores. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an engaged and flexible personality as an Employee Store Construction/Layout by agreement.

Employee Store Construction/Layout (w/m/d)

These tasks will inspire you

• Deployment in LANDI stores throughout Switzerland. 80%-90% involves staying overnight in hotels.
• Timely creation and implementation of specified layouts.
• Dismantling and assembling wall shelves and product carriers during renovations.
• Stocking LANDI assortment items according to templates and store plans.
• Assisting in the continuous improvement of the fitting process and the search for new presentation possibilities as well as product carriers.

We look forward to this profile

• Completed vocational training (retail or craft)
• Driver's license Cat. B, forklift certification an advantage
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Native German or French, good understanding in the other language
• good spatial awareness, independent and responsible
• team player, flexible and in good physical condition

About us

LANDI Schweiz AG is a subsidiary of the fenaco cooperative and is responsible for the success of the LANDI stores throughout Switzerland. It controls assortment planning, brand positioning, and sales promotion, coordinates new constructions and renovations, and trains the employees of the LANDI stores. At the same time, it handles the entire logistics, from procurement and storage to order picking. The assortment includes garden, small animal, household, do-it-yourself, agriculture, and leisure items as well as beverages and pet food.
