Commercial Property Manager for an owner 80-100%

Tasks:
In this exciting and versatile role, you will take on the holistic management of the properties - from administrative and technical management to active tenant support. You are responsible for re-lettings, conduct lease negotiations, and implement rent changes. In doing so, you are the first point of contact for tenants, authorities, and external partners and move confidently in a dynamic environment.

At the same time, you ensure the smooth operation of the properties by coordinating maintenance and service work as well as organizing repairs, refurbishments, and smaller projects. Furthermore, you actively support digitalization and maintain regular exchange with the owner. In your daily work, you work closely within a small, collegial team where mutual support is a matter of course.

Requirements:
For this position, you bring profound experience in property management and possess further training in property management (federal diploma) or are currently in training for it. Additionally, you have profound knowledge of tenancy law. Your way of working is independent, structured, and responsible. At the same time, you value exchange within the team and appear with negotiation skills and professionalism. Very good German skills as well as good English skills are required, supplemented by solid MS Office skills; experience with Immotop2 is a plus.
