As a subsidiary in Switzerland with around 80 employees, we are looking for a committed personality as Product Specialist Interface & Automation (location Western Switzerland) In this role, you will actively contribute to expanding the market position of Phoenix Contact AG in Switzerland – through competent consulting, technical support and tailored solutions for our customers. Area of responsibility:· Technical consulting and support for the Interface & Automation product group (by phone, via MS Teams or on site) Creation, review and evaluation of offers Processing and evaluation of warranty cases, complaints and returns Collaboration on the introduction of new products, including the implementation of internal training sessions Independent coordination and implementation of customer projects Profile:· Negotiation-secure French language skills, German language skills at level B1 Completed technical basic training (electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics) Experience in technical support and/or in the sales of technical products Outstanding technical affinity and enjoyment of solution-oriented exchange with customers Structured, independent and customer-oriented way of working Communication strength and high team ability Perspectives: With us, you will find an innovative environment with a lot of creative freedom.
