For our location in Baden-Dättwil, we are looking for an experienced leadership personality in quality management who will further develop our quality strategy and ensure compliance with the highest quality and compliance standards.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the QMS at the Switzerland location
• Management Representative for the quality management system
• Ensuring regulatory requirements and relevant standards
• Leadership, development and coaching of the Quality Team
• Responsibility for Complaint and CAPA processes
• Cooperation with Engineering and Production
• Participation in the local Leadership Team

Your profile

• Degree in Engineering, Quality or comparable training
• Experience in quality management is an advantage
• Initial leadership experience
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements
• Experience with FMEA, SPC and validations
• Strong communication personality
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Very good German and English skills
