La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people whose physical and mental integrity is fragile during their life process.
We are looking for our establishment, colocation Alzheimer Rubis, which welcomes 6 roommates:
Socio-educational assistant (m/f/d) Permanent position between 60% - Colocation Alzheimer Rubis
The objective of colocation Alzheimer Rubis is to offer a familiar (home) environment for as long as possible to people suffering from dementia who can no longer live alone. They live together in a house and participate in all daily activities (shopping, preparing and taking meals together, walking, participating in social activities, etc.) with the support of life companions.
As a socio-educational assistant at colocation Alzheimer Rubis, you have the desire to support People on a daily basis in their community living space. In practice, you place the notion of "living space" at the heart of your activities. This is expressed through listening and an in-depth knowledge of each Person so that he/she can enjoy greater autonomy. You respect the living habits of the People and respond to their wishes with care, in order to promote their well-being.

CFC as a socio-educational assistant
A certificate as an in-company trainer is an asset
Your attitude is centered on the well-being of the Person
You are flexible, adaptable and organized
Communication, team spirit and the ability to question oneself are qualities that define you
You master standard IT tools (Carefolio) and have a perfect command of the French language
