For our exciting AOI/E-Test department, we are looking for the following profile: Production Team Leader - AOI/E-Test 100% These are your tasks: Responsible for the planning and monitoring of order deadlines Ensuring correct and complete implementation of process controls Optimization of workflows Project member during the evaluation of new machines and equipment Planning, organization, and execution of maintenance work Technical and personnel leadership as well as planning of personnel deployment What you bring with you: Completed technical vocational training EFZ Further training as a Techniker HF or a comparable qualification is an advantage Several years of professional experience in a production company Proven leadership experience of at least five years High IT affinity as well as confident handling of digital systems You speak and write fluent German English skills level B1 Benefits - what awaits you Flexible working hours With a standard working week of 42 hours, employees can flexibly accumulate +50 or -30 hours.
