Client Advisor Customer Service

Client Advisor Customer Service Position based in Lausanne (with training within our premises in Geneva for several months) Your main missions: Welcome and support clients in the agency or by phone/email in the use of our online services; Identify client needs and direct them to adapted solutions; Process complaints by providing a rapid and appropriate solution; Loyally serve the client base by providing optimal service quality; Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team; Update client files; Work in close collaboration with our partners, as well as with all bank employees. What we are looking for: You have a good relational aptitude proven by successful commercial experience; Customer-oriented, you are committed to providing the best service; You have an excellent team spirit and know how to work autonomously; You are familiar with the Swiss or cross-border retail banking market; You have a great sense of rigor, are reactive and organized; You master the Office suite tools; You speak fluent French and Italian (German will be a serious advantage); Knowledge of the Finnova software will be a plus. jpid09cd7ecjm jpit0626jm jpiy26jm
