Team Lead Youth Work Dietlikon

As of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed professional who wants to take on responsibility and actively help shape youth work in Dietlikon. Die Plattform Glattal is a specialist in social services and integration and operates diverse offerings in the areas of work integration, youth work, housing, and counseling.

The youth work of Plattform Glattal is present in the youth center, in public spaces, and in the municipalities. We create spaces where young people can meet, exchange ideas, and realize their own concepts. Together with them, we develop offers and projects and strengthen their participation in community life.

Your Tasks ###

• Professional and organizational leadership of a small team of youth workers, particularly youth workers in training
• Planning, coordination, and further development of the youth work offerings in Dietlikon
• Presence work in the youth center as well as in public spaces
• Design and accompaniment of socio-cultural projects and participation processes with young people
• Networking and cooperation with schools, authorities, associations, and other local partners
• Participation in internal, local, and regional exchange and specialist committees
• Administrative and organizational tasks within the framework of team leadership
• Your working hours are based on the offerings of the youth work and take place from Wednesday to Saturday. This includes regular evening shifts as well as usually two to three Saturdays per month. For individual events, occasional assignments on other weekend days are also possible.

Your Profile ###

• Diploma in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Socio-cultural Animation, or Community Animation (FH/HF)
• Professional experience in open and/or outreach youth work
• Ideally initial leadership experience or interest in a leadership function
• Independent, resilient, and well-organized personality
• Confident appearance as well as joy in working with schools, authorities, and local partners
• Routine in administrative tasks (reporting, minutes, budget responsibility)
• Creativity, humor, and joy in development and design processes
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
