Your tasks - international, colorful, responsible

• Global responsibility for the store at the Bern station
• Direction, motivation, and development of your team
• Ensuring the smooth running of sales, the cash desk, and stock management
• Active participation in the store - you are a role model in terms of customer service and teamwork
• Optimal staff planning and training of new employees
• Creation of an attractive product presentation
• Professional welcome of our international clientele - warm, personal, and multilingual
• Implementation and respect of hygiene standards (food retail)
• Responsibility for the budget regarding turnover, costs, and stock

Your profile - eloquent, committed, responsible

• Experience in retail, ideally in a management position
• Joy in leading a diverse team - with empathy and clarity
• Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Passion for customer contact - especially with international visitors
• Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English (other languages an asset)
• Organizational talent, commitment, and practical spirit
• Hygiene awareness and sense of responsibility in handling food
