Plant Operator Food Production (w/m/d)

Your tasks: Execute production orders according to specifications and independently set up machines and plants Independently operate various demanding production plants Perform technical and mechanical settings as well as adjustments to the plants Make simple adjustments to machine programs Actively participate in the event of malfunctions and support a rapid resumption of production Coordinate upstream and downstream work Take on organizational tasks in the production area Ensure order and cleanliness in your own plant area Your profile: Initial professional experience in a production environment Practical experience in plant operation, food production, as well as with hygiene and safety regulations is an advantage No specific training or further education is mandatory Suitable profiles are, for example, plant operator, food technologist, baker-confectioner, or food practitioner EBA with corresponding practical experience Secure understanding of production processes and technical procedures Independent, solution-oriented and reliable way of working Teamwork skills and willingness to take on responsibility German language skills at least level B1 Willingness for 4-shift operation including weekend work Benefits: Permanent employment Modern working environment and contemporary work equipment Good development opportunities Support in professional development Attractive employment conditions Collegial and respectful working environment Opportunity to take on responsibility and to develop professionally
