You are close to Bernese agriculture and help shape its framework conditions for around 10'000 agricultural holdings: As an Expert Direct Payments Agriculture, you assess diverse cases, seek solutions for demanding issues, and ensure that direct payments are implemented correctly and fairly. A task with responsibility, variety, and impact.

Your tasks

• Independent processing of diverse tasks in agricultural enforcement and in the allocation of direct payments
• Training and technical support for the collection offices and for farmers
• Examination of subsidy applications and assessment of demanding facts in enforcement
• Specialist tasks in the areas of biodiversity and inspections
• Processing of telephone and written inquiries from operators and other stakeholder groups

Your profile

• BSc degree in the field of agriculture or comparable training
• Close connection to agriculture, experience with one's own agricultural holding an advantage
• Enjoyment of versatile issues
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Native German language, French language skills an advantage
