FM Site Lead

In Switzerland, the GWS division is active with technical, infrastructural, and commercial Facility Management services for customers from various industries. For our growing Facility Management organization at a globally active customer in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for an immediate or by arrangement FM Site Lead 100% Your main tasks: Personnel and functional leadership of the entire FM team Cost control Management of all IFM services to be delivered contractually for office and laboratory buildings and the site Planning, management, and coordination of technical and infrastructural building management Ensuring planned and reactive maintenance (PM and RM) Quality management, KPI Management Client Relationship Management Approval and monitoring of ordering processes (supporting work in procurement) Supplier Management (supplier relationship management and cooperation with Procurement) Contract management in cooperation with the Regional Director and Procurement Identifying possible innovations/optimizations and/or savings Management and implementation of projects Your profile: Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in Facility Management (IFM area, Soft & Hard Services) Leadership experience (in an international customer environment) Understanding of holistic FM concepts (IFM) Experience in dealing with laboratory environments, production, and office buildings Business administration knowledge Experience in project management and in the management of projects Good organizational and negotiation skills as well as communication strength Proactive and self-motivated team player Application of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) What we offer you: Regional and international development opportunities in a high-growth company Diverse internal and external training opportunities CBRE GWS as a global player in the service sector with CBRE GWS as a global player in the service sector with well-known customers from a multinational environment Good framework conditions, such as at least five weeks of vacation, 40-hour week and an attractive pension fund solution Contact: CBRE GWS GmbH, Edwin Murray We look forward to your application!
