Maintenance Specialist (100%)

Keep our operational areas running and ensure that downtime does not become a problem in the first place. With us, you will take on responsibility, drive improvements, and contribute your expertise where it truly has an impact.

What you will do

• Rapid and professional rectification of malfunctions and plant downtimes in shift operation
• Monitoring of plant elements as well as proactive action according to Service Level Agreements
• Execution and coordination of planned maintenance and repair work
• Creation and optimization of maintenance plans in cooperation with maintenance planning
• Ensuring quality standards and continuous improvement by identifying weaknesses
• Guaranteeing safety, availability, and reliability of the plants
• Participation in commissioning, conversions, as well as in maintenance and cross-departmental projects
• Support, training, and technical guidance of employees
• Occasional work at heights and thus safe use of PSAgA

Working hours

• Basic working hours in a shift model between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. in 2 shifts
• Readiness for occasional special assignments (e.g., Saturday, Sunday and night)

Who you are

• Completed further training as a Maintenance Specialist (eidg. FA) or comparable qualification
• Min. 5 years of experience in the maintenance of production and logistics systems
• Experience in direct customer contact and strong service orientation
• Basic PLC knowledge as well as sound knowledge in automation, electrical engineering, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Very good German (min. B2) as well as good English skills (min. B1)
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with high personal responsibility
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking as well as proactive and innovative action
• Team player, communicative, and flexible personality with high commitment and physical resilience
