Import/Export Clerk 100%

We are a well-coordinated, down-to-earth team with real passion for international
logistics and are looking for a personality in Import/Export administration (80–100%),
who takes responsibility and likes to take things into their own hands.

Your tasks

• You take over independent order processing – from order confirmation through transport planning to customs clearance (truck, sea, and air freight)
• You create and procure all necessary export documents and are responsible for invoicing
• You keep an eye on ongoing orders and ensure that delivery dates are met
• For complaints and claims, you work closely with the back office
• You are the interface between customers, freight forwarders, and internal departments

Your profile

• You are organized, maintain an overview even with several parallel tasks, and remain calm under pressure
• You enjoy working in a team and bring a positive energy
• You communicate confidently in German and English (spoken and written); French is a plus
• You have completed commercial training and ideally have gained initial experience in international order processing
• You are proficient in MS Office
