Occupational Physician (80–100%), Novartis-Campus Basel Do you want to take on occupational medical responsibility in a versatile medical environment while simultaneously remaining active in general medicine? At the Novartis-Campus Basel, Sanacare offers a walk-in practice for employees of the campus in addition to occupational medicine. This position therefore combines occupational medical issues with direct general medical patient care. In this role, you will make an important contribution to the health of the employees, assess work-related health risks, and bring your medical experience to a modern, interdisciplinary environment. Your tasks You conduct workplace analyses, occupational medical examinations, and preventive examinations according to legal regulations; you evaluate health risks based on professional expertise and derive suitable preventive measures from them; you advise employees and managers on occupational medical issues, health protection, and prevention; you develop and implement health and safety programs in cooperation with the Corporate Management; additionally, you take over general medical and emergency medical consultations in the walk-in practice at the Novartis-Campus. Your profile You hold a specialist title in occupational medicine and additionally bring at least 2 years of professional experience in outpatient primary care. You enjoy combining occupational medical issues with general medical activity in a walk-in practice. Collaboration as well as advice for employees, managers, and other stakeholders is second nature to you; good German and English skills; a category B driver's license is an advantage.
