YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsibility for the project controlling of a Business Unit with competent advice and support for project managers and project managers in all financial matters
• Critical examination of data quality to ensure a clean valuation of Work in Progress (WiP) using various methods (especially Cost-to-Cost & Units of Delivery)
• Analysis of target-actual comparisons and development of recommendations for action
• Creation of meaningful ad-hoc analyses for division management and financial officers
• Active participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings as well as in forecast and budget processes
• Participation in the continuous further development of controlling instruments, reporting solutions, and financial processes

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or finance or a commercial apprenticeship with corresponding further training in the field of finance and accounting / controlling
• Initial professional experience in controlling, ideally in project, investment, or business controlling
• Very good Excel skills; experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools is an advantage
• Good SAP skills, ideally in S/4HANA
• Very good analytical thinking skills, high affinity for numbers, and a structured, careful way of working
• Very good German and English skills mandatory, French skills an advantage
