Your tasks

• You support the transport dispatcher, as well as the logistics team leader and represent them in their absence
• Contact person for customers, logisticians, drivers and external partners
• Support and consultation of our customers on the telephone
• Deployment planning and support of the driving and logistics staff
• Goods receipt and goods issue as well as control of deliveries
• Loading and unloading of vehicles with a forklift
• Assistance with warehouse work and material management
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information between dispatch, warehouse and drivers
• Operation of scanner, PC and transport software
• General administrative work and support in daily business
• Assistance with transports or deliveries if required

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training or training as a Logistiker/in EFZ or comparable professional experience
• Experience in the transport industry, logistics or dispatch is an advantage
• Good IT user knowledge and enjoyment of administrative work
• Forklift license or willingness to acquire it
• Driver's license Cat. CE / Crane is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• French skills in speaking are an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality
• Customer-friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Physical fitness and willingness to also get hands-on practically
