It develops innovative solutions based on flexible assets (photovoltaics, batteries, power\-to\-heat and electromobility). In order to complete our Electricity Supply \& Products team at the Morges site, we are looking for Operation Manager «Flexibilité» (F/M) 80% \- 100% \- CDD 6 months (CDI possible afterwards) Profile \- HES or EPF engineer \- Bachelor level \- in a technical field or training deemed equivalent \- Experience in the energy field, experience in a startup would be particularly appreciated \- Sector knowledge in IoT solutions and communication systems applied to energy (e.g.: smart gateway, EMS systems, routers / local communication infrastructure) \- Very good level of Excel required, Power BI and Python a great plus \- Basic knowledge in electrotechnics and electronics \- Knowledge of markets and portfolio logic in energy a plus \- Strong appetite and skills for technology and innovation (agility, flexibility, process building) \- Fluent French and professional English (min C1) \- Strong organizational and structuring skills \- Strong interest and knowledge regarding the energy transition, the environment and the technologies of tomorrow \- Great autonomy, proactivity, strong sense of initiative, excellent communication skills to unite cross-functional teams Responsibilities \- Develop and guarantee the proper functioning of the flexible assets value chain (PV, batteries, power\-to\-heat) by coordinating key steps, from the finalization of the sale to technical deployment, and then to daily operations. Initially, the focus will be on a virtual power plant of photovoltaic assets. \- Ensure technical monitoring and smooth integration of new flexible assets within the VPP (Virtual Power Plants) platform, in collaboration with the engineering and operations teams. \- Act as the central point of contact and facilitator between internal teams (Sales, Operations, IT, Billing) and external partners in order to align objectives and resolve bottlenecks. \- Implement and monitor asset key performance indicators (KPI), ensure the quality of reported data, reporting and ensure compliance of the customer billing process. \- Identify opportunities to optimize deployment and operation processes with a view to industrializing the "flexibility" offering Advantages In this team, you will be able to work in the office and at home.
