The APEMS de Contigny, with a capacity of 84 places, welcomes children from 1P to 4P. Located in the southern districts of the city, the structure benefits from pleasant outdoor spaces nearby and an environment offering many possibilities for activities.

As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a committed and dynamic person who will actively participate in the daily life of the structure and contribute to its development. A person who will know how to be flexible and integrate into the team of professionals.

The mission in APEMS is focused on the development of children's social skills through their participation in community life. The implementation of collective projects, the monitoring of partnerships with stakeholders around the children, and team reflection on the pedagogical project are the essential actions that support and sustain the daily care of the group of children.

• Auxiliary contract for a duration of 6 months

Missions #####

• Ensure the care of a group of children in accordance with the pedagogical line while maintaining the global vision
• Accompany the group of children in the accomplishment of daily activities as well as in the completion of their school homework and promote their autonomy
• Propose an individualized support approach in connection with the skills to be developed or the needs of the child
• Participate in the general organization of the structure
• Assume specific administrative tasks

Profile #####

• CFC as a socio-educational assistant is mandatory
• Able to develop a participatory process within their team and in the children's community
• 2-3 years of professional experience in the development of specific projects and activities
• Good knowledge of collective care settings and group dynamics
• Ability to document their activity and that of the group of children
